I have a vegan friend here in Phoenix and she rarely shows up anywhere without a bag of food. She just carries food around. Fruit and crackers, sometimes marinated olives &#38; onions, sometimes some leafy greens, sometimes some sauteed vegetables. This girl can pull a gourmet meal out of nowhere in under a minute. You might consider at least carrying around some fruit for yourself.</description>
